Exly is an online exchange for buying, selling and licensing domain names, registered trademarks and brand bundles. Listings are checked for ownership and trademark status, escrow runs through a licensed third-party provider, and assignment and license documents are prepared by independent licensed attorneys.

Services sold under the Exly mark: Featured Listing ($39/month), Broker Mandate ($250), Buy-Side Acquisition Agent ($149), Valuation Report ($290), Trademark Assignment Package ($249), Escrow Coordination ($95) and Brand License Agreement ($690). Listing is free; commission is 10% ($50 minimum), charged only when an asset sells.
